Ittisal against legacy PBX and Western CCaaS
Three different bets. Legacy PBX owns the hardware and stops at telephony. Western CCaaS owns the cloud and keeps your audio in it. Ittisal runs the whole stack inside your boundary, with Arabic as the first-class case.

What replacement actually involves
Keep the trunks
SIP trunking terminates on our media layer without renegotiating carrier contracts. Numbers port when you choose to, not as a precondition.
Run in parallel
One queue moves first. The legacy platform keeps the rest until the success metric is met, so rollback is a routing change.
Carry the reporting
Historical volumes and dispositions import so quarter-on-quarter reporting does not break at the cutover.
