Built in the Gulf, for the way the Gulf answers the phone
Ittisal exists because the contact centre software sold into the region was never designed for its languages or its data rules. We rebuilt the stack so both are the starting assumption.
The call that started it
Our founders were deploying Western contact centre platforms for GCC banks and logistics operators. Every project ran into the same two walls: the speech models could not follow a Gulf dialect, and the compliance team could not sign off on audio leaving the country.
The workaround at the time was to disable the AI features and sell an expensive phone system. We thought the better answer was to build a platform where recognition, reasoning and synthesis can all be pulled inside the customer perimeter, and where dialect is evaluated before a flow is allowed to go live.
Ittisal was founded in 2024 with engineering in Dubai and deployment support in Doha. The product is used by contact centres that answer in Arabic first and switch to English mid-sentence, because that is how their customers speak.
What we will not trade away
Residency is not an upgrade tier
Every component — databases, media servers, object storage, event bus and the inference tier — can deploy on infrastructure you control, on any plan.
Dialect before demo
We measure recognition accuracy on your own recordings and report it per dialect, including where it is weak.
Tenant isolation is enforced
Every request resolves its tenant once and runs under it. A hint that disagrees with the session is refused and logged.
Where we are today
Work with us or buy from us
We are hiring engineers who care about latency, and talking to contact centres that answer in Arabic.
